Custom Shape Pros builds custom steel-rule dies for commercial or personal use in a variety of applications -- printing and packaging, consumer goods, paper and fabric crafts, prototypes and more. You can even cut your own products for retail sale.

Products

Our dies are constructed with the highest-quality materials and craftsmanship:

Base is made of high-grade, high-density maple wood and is laser cut from CAD data
Steel-rule blades (1.5 point to 3 point thick, 0.937" high)
Ejection rubber to protect the blades and help eject the material. Density is determined by material to be cut.

In addition to cutting shapes, we can also include crease, perforation, deckle, wavy and pinked blades. Spring-loaded punches, machined punches, registration pins and acrylic base boards are also available.
